Coaching and Inclusion Practices is a project that provides professional development activities for youth workers. The goal is to equip them with coaching and inclusion practices specifically tailored to youth work. The activities will vary from team building to coaching session design, with a focus on groups and inclusive approaches. We will take part in 6 days of non-formal activities with trainers, youth workers and participants from different backgrounds and nationalities on the Campus of the University of Calabria.
