INSIDE/OUT is based on the belief that psychophysical

wellbeing is not just the absence of illness, but a dynamic balance between what we feel inside and what we are able to express in the outside world.

Many young people today experience intense emotions, stress, disconnection from their bodies, or inner confusion. This project aims to be a safe and creative space where participants can transform internal chaos into vital energy, using accessible and inclusive artistic tools.

30 people from Italy, Croatia, Greece, Lithuania,

Portugal and Romania will meet in an inclusive space.

Activities will start on the 24th of May and will end on the 2nd of June, when the participants will receive their

Youthpass.

The whole agenda will be carried out through non-formal methods and approaches involving the participants in the process of acquiring the key competences for Life Long Learning. Activities will take place in the Campus of University of

Calabria.

All the participants will be expected to be present and active in all the activities, unless being ill. Unauthorised absence from the activities and workshops won’t be tolerated.
